BUSINESS MENTALITY

Save Nine Consulting helps small and mid-sized nonprofits do great things. We help organizations make a meaningful “stitch” at the right time – access to a complete set of skills that can launch a new mission or realign an existing one. While large nonprofits can afford full-time staff positions to drive development, marketing, and planning, many small- and mid-sized nonprofits lack the same capacity to pursue their missions. Save Nine offers full support in areas of fundraising, strategic planning, branding, and administration to help small- to mid-sized nonprofits afford the results large nonprofits can achieve.

ABOUT KAYCE STRADER, MPA

Save Nine was founded by Kayce Strader who earned a B.S. from Texas Tech University in Agricultural Communications, and a master’s in Public Administration specializing in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Texas, and she is also a Certified Life Coach and a Certified DISC Analyst. She uses her experience and skills to help small- to mid-size nonprofits achieve their missions in helping people in North Texas and across the globe.

“Kayce Strader is a talented and wise woman. Kayce has great communication skills, and she is thorough and accurate in her presentations. She wrote grant proposals that were beautifully communicated and well done. We received several large grants as a result of her work, and I would highly recommend Kayce for grant writing or any project where great communication skills are needed.”
Paula Odom, L.P.C., Executive Director, Mid Cities Pregnancy Center
“Kayce is exceptional in helping organizations translate strategy to specific, tangible actions. She has a knack for seeing an issue from multiple perspectives–financial, marketing, governance, and operations. This ability enables her to provide sound advice on a myriad of issues–but she does that in her own humble way, asking questions and guiding the discussion in a thoughtful manner. In addition, she is a highly effective communicator not just in writing and speaking but in thinking through how to make ideas stick. Its the combination of these talents that enable her to “SAVE NINE″ with her timely input that prevents more work later.”
Col. Patrick Smith, USAF, retired, Executive Director, Serve Denton
“As the Executive Director of a non-profit men’s home, I’ve relied on Kayce to guide our fundraising efforts. I’ve worked with Kayce for about a year and have been amazed at her ability to lead our organization. Kayce gracefully led our Board through a targeted discussion about a development plan and tactfully and efficiently brought us to make many major decisions in a short amount of time. Kayce is pleasurable to work with and does a great job in streamlining a difficult process. We will continue to employ her services and highly recommend her for grant writing, developmental plans, fundraising, and all non-profit issues.”
Joe Bruton, Executive Director, Denton Freedom House
“In just one writing session with Kayce, I received a semester full of education. She focused on the specific areas I wanted to improve on and proceeded with grace. Kayce jump started my writing career!”
